UDPXY HOW TO CONFIGURE ?PROBLEM.........

I would like to configure udpxy, what are the files? path which?
I have to connect to the DVBViewer samsung tv

samsung tv + udpxy ip 192.168.1.102
DVBViewer pc ip 192.168.1.100

udpxy does not start automatically when you turn on the TV, I removed the "dis" in the script ....
to start it I have to send command via shell:
udpxy-p 4022

I remember that udpxy is located in the samsung tv installed by samygo ........
