problems accessing UE65ES8005+Evolution kit

Hello m8
I have try to root my tv using this guide. Get root on 2013 Evolution Kit viewtopic.php?f=64&t=7417
every step works fine, got both Step1 and Step2 OK.
I was so exited yes,yes
BUT
when i try to connect to my tv, telnet ore ftp, im getting connection refuse,
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

any help well be nice
