update damaged my plasma tv

Hello, today I did update my samsung plasma TV PN51E450A1R with the wrong software which was version 001010 for the us region and mine is middle east region, but it did update and everything was fine but TV system turned into NTSC and couldn't see my receiver, so I did download the correct firmware and update my TV and when it finished after putting update completed successfully it did a restart and didn't turned on again the red light for the power button never blinked again. I did unplugged it for 10 seconds and plugged it again it just flashes and kept off. Plz can anyone help me can I get it alive back agin or it is bricked or what ?????????
