Hi , have above mentioned TV and I'm using it to play movies through DLNA server on my network.
It works quite well but DLNA server slows down my NAT considerably.
So I'd like to avoid it if possible.
Is there a way to install some kind of "Samba" on this TV so it will see the network shares?
Really appreciate your help.
UN40C5000 , enable playback from network share, Samba ?

If you can't fix it using dvct tape, you are not using enough dvct tape.
