It's hard to patch T-CHL5DEUC firmware since it doesn't have ethernet jack (for rooting device from telnet) or ExLink connection (its closed with latest firmware that you installed)...

Yes it's possible if you compile required modules and new linux kernel that support network device. BUT you cannot flash this software to your TV since you cannot root it. Current linux kernel in your TV do not recognize your gadget. So you cannot enable Telnet with this way...

It might be revert it back via JTAG port on TV. I think there is no option remained.
