I am new here and I have some serious problems with a Samsung LE40D503F7WXBT .
The problem are:
1 - the TV stops randomly and starts by itself in few seconds.
2 - I cannot run movies from the USB
I read something about the Service Menu abut changing model but I do not know to access it.
TV is new, bought 2 years ago and un-boxed until these days.
What can I remark is the TV is working normally for a while after that I can here some cracks like sounds, like discharging electrical sparks. After that, in few seconds it stops and in 3 seconds is back working normal for one hour or for 2 minutes, at his own will.
