switched on 3d support now only black screen plz help

hi i got a little itchy fingered with my f4500 after going into the service menu i switched on the 3d support and now have no picture only sound i tried a reset using the remote which didnt work
id like to know if it is possible to change this setting back using an ex link and my pc i hope someone can help thanks
