CAN I HAVE THE LINK FOR DOWNLOADING SamyGO PVRDecoder version 1.7.3.31, PLEASE?

Yes, you have to check SamyGO PVRDecoder version 1.7.3.31 thread. :)

WORKS for saving my REC from SAMSUNG SMART TV UE40H7000SZ on my COMPUTER?
On this SAMSUNG SMART TV UE40H7000SZ is it possible to INSTALL app ANDROID too?

No, not unless PVRdecoder for Android exists. However, you can decrypt files with your PC then copy them to your Android device :)

The file is IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD: VERY VERY SLOW, SOLVE PLEASE!

No, not unless TV has Android as OS :)
(i believe newest Philips TVs have Android...)
