UE55D7000LS XXH Smart Hub and CI+ not working

Hi there,

i updated my TV to 1031 and the update went well but since then Smart Hub didn't work anymore. I made a Factory Reset (12 s press EXIT) but nothing changed. The next thing i did was a downgrade to 1015. Then i made a Factory Reset in the Service Menu, still nothing. I also made a SVC reset. Somewhere on the way the CI+ stopped working and this is very annoying for me. I could live without Smart Hub but i need the CI+ for HD-Channels.

Has anyone, any idea how to fix my problems? I know, I probably don't have detailed infos for you, but any help would be appreciated!
