Samsung UA40C5000 LED TV problem

We don't support C series. I don't have any idea what is the problem. And I remember that, we are not Samsung service.
Do you call Samsung service about that problem?

I is impossible, because here are firmwares for different hardware platforms!

The same model is released in two hardware platforms: Trident and Mstar. And firmwares are different. And price is the same because model is the same. I do not know solution for your video problem... sorry...
You can ask Service to change your 1. mainboard to Mstar one due of problem. Or you can brick your TV (by changing wrong tuner in SM or something like) and then Service changes m/b to Mstar
