Hi Guys,

I have just bought this tv and in to the box there was a smart remote, but no way to make it working. samsung says that this model does not support it.

there is any way to make working the smart remote on this model????

and can anyone tell me how to enter in to the service menu.

Which one do you have? They have 2 or 3. Mine is a UN55HU6830 with the super long and skinny remote, that one works. The funny this is that ALL remotes SHOULD work, so either that rep was being a douche, or your remote is defective (go back to the store you bought it from and have them test it) or you need new batteries.
