Bypass Cinavia Message Code 3 on my BD-HM51

Hey guys I am stuck and hoping someone can point me in right direction to get rid of Cinavia and be able to watch down loaded movies off my memory stick. i did not have this problem until today.

My roommate had borrowed ny bluray player and he just informed me that he installed the new firmware update.

Appreciate any help or ideas
