Hi,
I just picked up some UN40H5203 sets. I need them to be 100% locked out (front panel, menus) for public use. I am able to get into the Hospitality option menu, but it doesn't provide all the options that I see on other Hospitality menu screenshots. Can I change the firmware? Is there a code to get into a more advanced menu?
Firmware 1122
Thank you.

Re: Limited Hotel Menu
In addition to setting Service Menu
Control | Option | Hotel Option
You probably want to set Panel Lock from the normal TV's menu
Menu | System |General
But none of that would prevent someone from using the same method you used to get into Service Menu
[Factory] or [Mute] [1] [8] [2] [Power] and bricking the TV. You'll need to disable IR receiver with something like black tape and guard the units from peeps. I mean if they can get to the panel you have already lost.

Thanks for the suggestion. They will be in a school, so I'm not too worried about kids having a lot of time alone with the mounted TVs.HarmonyRita wrote:In addition to setting Service Menu

The problem is that when I enable Hotel Mode, I loose the option in the standard menu for button lock. Why? I want hotel mode AND panel lock! I don't understand this, I have tried multiple options.
