About UE40B7020 with 3001 firmware

You can use all samygo extensions copied to CHILDREN (like telnet-enabler) and run it every time You need smb mounts. Or You can flash missed earlier firmware manualy. It seems, there was no alternative firmware at all.

p.s. Does TV accept firmware upgrade from USB flash? I mean if You download firmware upfrade file from samsung`s download site and extract to USB? It is very important, could You try it? You do not need to upgrade, but just notice if TV founds firmware upgrade after pluged in USB, just press cancel and write feedback here. Write please in case if tv did not found any upgrade. Thank You.

Does it still accept the same 3001.1 firmware upgrade or it says "there isn`t any firmware upgrade on usb found"?

In samsung website I can download two files:
T-CHU7DEUC-3001.1 (my TV has this installed)
T-CHU7DEUC-3002.1
I downloaded 3001.1, extracted to my usb flash drive, plugged into my TV and it can't find any firmware.
I downloaded 3001.2, extracted and plugged, and TV found this new firmware.

Ok, i understand. Its strange, that Automated way did not work for You. Did You run the "Activate Alternative firmware menu" game from TV memory or from USB?
