for tester:

kernel with network support for T-CHL5DAUC based devices.
safe method for testing, but its also possible to flash the kernel to tv (description in README in the archive)
just flash the kernel after you tested all functions on tv (usb storage detection, access to serial console, remote control etc.)

don't forget to disable watchdog and you need exlink cable.

bugfix1: seems serial console and remote control has no function.
changelog: partial merge of configuration from svn trunk (ssdtv_pci)

bugfix2: (18.11.2010) rebuild from other sources implemented tbml support.

package for T-CHL5DEUC: (09.12.2010)

happy testing and pls report too!

thnx for merv07 for testing and reports

woow, big thnx ;-)

one thing for SamyGO-All-Extensions-v0.03.6-r11-for-T-CHL5DAUC-20101210213931.zip
SamyGO/etc/init.d/02_04_vusb.init needs a change:

Code: Select all

for i in /sys/class/block/sd?/device/vendor ; do
to

Code: Select all

for i in /sys/block/sd?/device/model ; do
then nw-mounts should be accessible in the player (source: SamyGO Virt. USB)

thnx

kostek wrote:one more note where is no mkfs.vfat (only mkfs.ext?)
which used in samygo script.
the scripts are part of extensions pack, you can't use them stand alone.
kostek wrote: do anybody know where is "tv content" in b500,b600?
it was /mtd_wiselink in b7000.
nowhere?, that's why you need an usb-storage device but the tv just have 1 usb port -> so we shipp virtual usb to hold the usb port free for usb wifi/ethernet adaptor
kostek wrote: i try to mount samba share in /mtd_wiselink folder on my b7000 - it works, no need of virtual usb
if you move your movies around or delete some on /mtd_wiselink you see sometimes very old structure of the files, but if it's works for you it's fine. :)

Not Yet. check periodically authuld thread to know when Authuld falls. After this we can flash custom kernel (and other partitions) to CI+ devices.
