BD-D5500 Netflix in Italy

how can i instal netflix app on my smarthub on bd-d5500?

if i change region in USA (FF289REW menu) netflix ap is aviable but i can open it with us region setting...i can change region in us, download netflix, turn off autoupdate apps and change again in italy region with netflix on?
how can i turn of autoupdate apps on my bd? no menu to disable it is visible...there' s a invisible menu to do this like the region change?
