I loooking for wiki and read about compiling modified RT2870.KO module .
In upload section on this site I search and found sorce code RT2870 driver to compilation in older ubuntu .
But I using dongle with RT73 chipset and need RT73 linux sorce code to compilation RT73 module with modyfing VID/PID values . I search and not found source code RT73 in upload this site .
Please a upload RT73 properly archiwe to upload
I found in other site rt73_1.0.3.6-cvs20080623-dfsg1.orig but after unpacking this archiwe in directory rt73... not exist sub directory /os/linux/ and not found files to modify for example ; usb-main-dev.c .
Please help mi found property rt73 source code ...

I search site kernel.org , but found sources old and new linux kernels and sources some applications
I not found on kernel.org sources of RT73 DRIVER .
Whereis RT73 driver source , I could to be compiled rt73.ko mudule with options ;
PID 0x2018
VID 0x04E8
Second question ; When I run comand IWPRIV in console - results is NOT PRIVATE IOCTLS
What does it mean
Still I wait to help with downoad and compile modyfing RT73.KO module

Yes I download , 7 archive with rt73 driver source .

After unpack it I see as you can see on the screens ;
subdirectory MODULE and in the ;

plikiwpodfolderzemodule.png

I dont see subdirectories and files /os/linux/usb_main_dev.c, and /os/linux/config.mk
which of the files visible on screen and how I must be editing to proprly compile module RT73
with options ;
PID 0x2018
VID 0x04E8

Okay. No problem but maybe let's try from other end I will help you "finding files" (as I helped with using Google) if you PROOVE that you AT LEAST can compile this code ? No point in editing if you can't compile

Options do NOT matter If you can compile changing options is piece of cake And wiki for compiling rt73.ko is NOT needed. You have EVERYTHING in readme You either can do it or NOT
