Yes, FFBv0.2 does nothing with it.

If so what can i do to get a rollback on this firmware?

It is a good question. If you installed an 3002.2 firmware and you have had earlier firmware on board (not T-CHUCIPDEUC 3001.1, much earlier), you can use Fully automated way: activate Alternative Firmware from Content Library Manager. This method does nothing, if there was postfebruar, 3001.1 firmware before.

You need to enable "game" in your Content library at first.
Flashing manualy is dangerous for CI+ TV, i do not know safe method to downgrade CI+...
