I don't think. Some of B620 users are using that T-CHL5DEUC-2008.0 firmware. But I don't know the trailing model numbers are same with your "R3WQXC"
If your samsung page has that firmware, than it's okey. I think you needed to ask other B620 users for their exact model number.
