What exact apps do you launch?
Did you add GAME directory to your TV to start apps from?

You have to create GAME directory for executing those apps properly.
Please read wiki pages how to enable game directory on plasma series.

You have to copy your games to TV`s new GAME dir over ftp and the you`ll see it under Other-Games.

This tricks works on LE series, European firmwares. I really didn't know why It doesn't work on your TV.
