It depends of many factors and you shouldn`t complain if your question wasn`t answered. As you said - you asked a question and were gone for a week. I think you understand, this forum and members are working/bussy people as you are too, and being here on the forum, answering questions is not the job. Just free time.Also, the forum goes by really slow and you don't get answers to your questions quickly.
I probably won't be able to get anywhere since I have to go back to my university at the end of this week and it seems that the support forum isn't going to answer my questions in time.
