country set on UN40D6500VM

Hello
Just purchased a UN40D6500VM here in Colombia.
I would like to use some apps of the US app store but havent been able to.
Already did thisand im using the US store. But apps like BLOCKBUSTER, need the TV to be configured with US country.

I went to the service menu and found a parameter called LOCAL SET: COLOMBIA but it wont let me change it.

Is there any way to change it??
