If your controller supports NFS / SMB, you can. I don't know about that NDAS thing...
If you have source code for NDAS driver, you can also compile required kernel modules. If you can handle network requirements too (I don't know if C series has some restrictions on kernel too) it could work on your TV.

That site doesn't give linux source, if available, but putting survey etc.
If such an code is available, it's possible to do. That but I don't know If does it worth to...

I look and see that source code not touched for 3 years. I am suspicious if it's compatible with C series kernel.
You needed to compile & build required kernel modules, please don't ask binaries for me. I don't have C series compilation setup.
Might be some other devs could help if they interested with this topic.

I have also suspicion about if C series linux kernel supports such a device due removed functionality. That might be required to replace TV's linux kernel too.
But yes, It's highly possible to do use that device with your TV.
