To avoid checksum calculation in the player before flashing, as I see, one needs to patch exeDSP from previous (running) fimrware. To do this, you will need to reflash mtd_exe partition and cmac partition with hashes. I don't think it is a good idea and is absolutely safe for everyone. The objective is to create a custom firmware which can be accepted by even non-rooted (unhacked) unit. If the unit is already hacked, you can flash the components of your custom firmware from inside and you don't need anything like an RSA disabler.
