Check cable and your connection settings. Join rx and rx and look if you get right symbols echoed you input. If OK, check VGA connection, here must be some issue. Not Tv side. Just cable-connection settings/speed problemms.

What do you did with your rootfs?

Unfortunately your partition switch is set to _0_0, so no hope to toggle partitions over channel import.
Might here is time enough to hack your TV over Hotel mode? Or maybe is TV already hacked?

Do you get any picture on TV screen, or it remains black while TV starts?

If you are sure you have alternative firmware (in case you added modified rootfs.img to firmware upgrade usb and executed firmware upgrade from menu, after it reached 100% TV rebooted and started to cycle rebooting), then you could switch to alternative firmware. Make script SamyGO.sh using ANSI encoding (not windows native text editors):

Then plug in it once and wait until USB found notification on the screen appears.
If you don`t get any picture on TV, just attach it after about 10 secs to TV and wait until it reboots. Then remove USB. In case of success log must show:

The trick is only attach USB with script.

Script is executed as soon as USB is attached. So it is enough time to execute such small script.
Let`s check. Make another SamyGO.sh in root of USB:

If you find file script_a1_OK or script_a_OK on the USB, then it works! But if TV still reboots, show me the log from ExLink.
