Errors in log are normal, just ignore it

Yes, you can use the same firmware or another one (T-CHLCIPDEUC 2004?).
Or just leave it as is, don`t activate alternative (postFEB) firmware accidentally

Don`t know why don`t you switched to preFEB, it seems flashed ok. What comes to my mind after inspecting logs:
1. Logs are totally normal
2. A little bit confusing 39 sec duration. It should be ~80 sec
3. What is ExLink startup log (do you have exlink? would be great)
4. What hapend if you switch to alternative firmware over menu (is here any alternative menu active?)

5. Start telnet (2nd application of FFB pack), connect to TV and show me the output of:

and:
