prairie, let me know if you find anything interesting (like enable Cal-Day/Night inside Expert or minimize/disable the dynamic TRC scaling inside Picture_2D).

Hi, I noticed it was quite easy to crash the TDM and get a linux prompt. Any way to copy over scripts to execute with '0', '1', etc.

Thanks to juuso's help again, I landed in the TDM.

But it's not entire what I hoped to see:

I have Picture_3D but not Picture_2D

Should I take a look inside the "Hidden Menu Status"?

For some reason some panel firmware service menus are crippled (appears EU is one of them). Anything you see grayed out using the factory remote will appear with '...' in the TDM, this is the case for your Expert and Picture_2D items. My personal opinion is that this is a samsung bug because it doesn't make sense to have these hidden menus disabled plus why enable Picture_3D and not 2D? On my display (D8 series US firmware) both Expert and Picture_2D are available. What's under the 'Advanced' menu?

All Service menu hidden settings, wich are to activate with ruSamsungTV communicator are marked as '...' in TDM. So i easy can change them if i know what should be there (e.g. looking at photo, taken on extended menu)
