do I have to extract T-CHLCIPDEUC-2006.0.exe first to USB
and after that
putting [T-CHLCIPDEUC-2006.0]-MacPart.bin in directoryT-CHLCIPDEUC/image/

Yes. extract firmware and add required macpart(hash) file.

Strange directory structure:

In T-CHLCIPDEUC/ I see only the directory image/
I don't see other files like crc ddcmp MicomCtrl rc.local run.sh.enc, like in other extractions

Also Windows 7 mentions:
T-CHLCIPDEUC-2006.0.exe seems not to be properly installed

First: full TV model is needed (look at previuos post).

update to T-HL7DEUC-2005.0 (but not higher!) and check for mkv support again.
