HT-D5500 - Playback issue - Please help me solving

Hello,

I've a blu ray 3d home theatre HT-D5500.

I tried to play a burnt blu ray of Kung Fu Panda 2 3D (I tried burning it both on TDK and to Verbatim BD dual layer support), but playback is not perfect.

Audio sometimes disappear and video jumps.

I played the disk on my PC and playback is perfect.

Is there a way to verify why that happens?
