It's bad. Specially being CI+ hardware...
Anyway, you needed to log into boot loader. Some TV's like '~' others like 'space'. I don't know exact key but you needed to make first few seconds when TV powered up.
When you enter boot loader, you can revive your TV. I don't know if that will generate problem CI+ but CI TV's can boot from firmware images that available at USB disk.

I don't understand your TV's problem from boot log too. Dynamic has UExxB7000 If I remember correctly and probably know how to recover from that situation.

I don't have an experience with bootloader of this TV yet.
I think I didn't enter it once. I don't know other keys for entering boot loader.
I marked this topic sticky. Help will came. I also wanted to enter my TV (B650) bootlog tomorrow.
But if usual keys doesn't let you enter bootloader, than there is nothing to do with other things.

Hello, is there any chance to inspect the bootloader of a working device? I mean if it could be compared to other bootloaders (of non-CI+ device) and figure out that way what are the proper keys.

I have UExxB7070, but its firmware is T-CHU7DEUC 3000.G and I thought my device was CI+, but I guess it's not since the firmware does not have the CIP string in it.
