This is sad. I think i remmember you`re not alone complaining about this. Seems, Samsung has forgotten to enable this function in some UN models.

Anyone ever figure out how to get a scm export from a D series? I've got a UN46D7000 with the same menu as above - no Channel List menu item.
I've found a few references to Menu->Antenna->Transfer Channel List, but my UN46D7000 doesn't seem to have this on the menu. Has anyone ever been able to export their D-series channel list for editing?

You can export channel list using ExLink cable, but here is no option to import it back to TV. At least on UE model i have. Your problem is the UN model, because UE models have possibility export/import channel list for editing from normal menu.
