hi,

search now for the complete evening to solve my problem.
this morning my tv was working normally.
came home and start my tv.
it show a message that there was a problem with a firmware update and that it was not installed correctly.
accept this message and tv switch off after 30 seconds.

switch on again. but again switchs off.
checked on the internet for this same problem but nothing.
try to find out what really happend.
when switching on image is coming. in the right corner i see a start message coming (i think for the smart hub)
and after 30 seconds switch of again.

try to start smart hub. not possible.
try to find a update. download it from the samsung website. and place it on a usb stick
tv is not finding the firmware.
checked very fast the firmware version on the tv. this is the same as i download from samsung.

is it possible to place the same firmware version over the other??

so can someone help me with this problem because now i don't have tv.

Try to switch on without your external HDD, if you have one.

there is no hdd connected to the unit. only 2 hdmi cables and a network cable.

I assume you already tried a factory reset?

yes,

when i start the tv after that. it goes to it plug and play screen.
and again after 30 seconds tv switch of.

also try to disconnect power. start tv(relais is klicking)
wait for 20 minutes place power back.
problem still stays

is the TV rooted? do you have a Ex-Link cable?, can you access the firmware upgrade menu, is watchdog on or off? does it also switch off in service menu?

tv is not rooted.
i don't have a ex-link cable
upgrade menu is not available (i see it in the menu
where can i set the watchdo and is it possible in 30 seconds

I think you have to bring it to the service, its warranty case.

i checked for the exlink cable. i can make one myself.
and already talk to the service. they will arrange a service engineer. but i have to wait for 2 weeks.

From the info you provided i can say, i saw such failed firmware upgrade only once. There was no reason to brick, TV just switched back to previuos firmware after two unsuccessfull bricks.

What comes to my mind: does your TV have root access? if yes, you could flash missing partition manually.

Ok, i see, TV isn`t rooted. I hope you can access smarthub, login as develop and install root widget...?
You can do this step by step after every reboot. But if you don`t able to start smarthub, i don`t think it can be fixed at home.

But first - full debug log is needed (from the moment of TV start.) to decide which partition is wrong and what is going on TV.
