You should always search the forum a bit before opening a topic and you find the answer if not, oh yes, you open a topic.
Do not get me wrong, because I already falls into the same error.
However, here's the explanation:
With TV switched off, press the following sequence on the remote:
[MENU] [MUTE] [POWER]
You'll enter the service menu and you see just the firmware that the tv has.
