upnp browser unable to connect to TV

I tried gupnp-av-cp (from gupnp-tools) and it says:

** (gupnp-av-cp:488): WARNING **: Failed to GET http://nn.nn.nn.nn:52235/dmr/SamsungMRDesc.xml

** (gupnp-av-cp:488): WARNING **: Failed to GET http://nn.nn.nn.nn:52235/pmr/PersonalMe ... ceiver.xml

And when I try with wget:

wget http://nn.nn.nn.nn:52235/pmr/PersonalMe ... ceiver.xml

I have enabled telnet and browsed through the filesystem, but didn't find eg. hosts.allow or hosts.deny files (could I safely add one?). Or is it something that is controlled by the upnp server and accepts connections only from Samsung programs? In that case what would be the magic string that wget should pass to indentify itself?

you may have to allow access first in tvs menu -> application ? -> home network center ?
