C8000 LED 3D Italy - CAN'T INSTALL APPS

Hi people,

I try to install on my TV youtube hd app but I can't. I followed the guide (http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/How_to ... gets_to_TV) and the tv seems to download the app but not to install it. I have the latest firmware on the tv.... could someone please help me???
