ua32d4003 what can i do in ?

i have ua32d4003 led tv and i want to know what can i do or modify on tv with several features offred by this website. If any one can put a liste of things can i do. Exemples, can i :
- modify firmware ?
- add applications and widgets ?
- connect to the net with wifi dongle ?
or any things else....

my tv model is ua32d4003 and fw version is 1006.1. Can i put fw of ue32d4003 which is 1007.1 ?
I know that mine is ua(australia) and ue is ( europe). But i don?t know if the fw of ue can compatible with ua model ?
