Very basic question - can I access the TV (especially PVR files) via FTP without having to use SamyGo (I'm a complete wuss and don't want to risk messing around with the firmware). If so, can I have a step by step guide of how to do it. My main interest is the use of PVR Manager over FTP as I currently only use it by plugging the drive into the PC - I'm guessing that this is the only option if you don't want to risk using SamyGo.
Thanks.

Thanks. Will do more reading up on SamyGo and see if I can build up the courage to give it a go. I assume that there is only one flavour of SamyGo - if all I want is FTP to access to the PVR, do I still need all the functionality of SamyGo?arris69 wrote:no samygo -> no ftp

no, you can turn off parts of it what you not plan to use...LucianH wrote:Thanks. Will do more reading up on SamyGo and see if I can build up the courage to give it a go.
