PAY $$$ for Samsung BD-D5100 compat REMOTE

I am between a rock and a hard place.

A relative bought our entire family BD-D5100 blu ray players while in Canada. Five players, one for each household. This was a generous gift but it will not work properly in the US. Netflix will not work, etc.

I have not exhausted soldering in a connection to get to the TDM, but I need a quick and easy way to "fix" these players. I can't just be ungrateful and buy another player.

I need to find a way to get to the service menu and change the model to ZA.

I will pay to buy or even rent a remote control that will allow me to change the model type to ZA. The remote doesn't have to work on anything other than the BD-D5100.

The remote can be a crappy 1-for-all for all I care, I just need to get to the service menu. PM me if you have a reasonable offer.

If you are lucky and have an old firmware, you can enter the setup menu with KEY_FACTORY network code.
If you have one of the latest firmware, the only known method is with Serial Console and TDM.

However, the IR code for KEY_FACTORY is not know (yet!) for BD...
So, no way to enter setup menu with IR
