Which 3d tv and why?

Good evening.

I find some models such as ue40d6000 or UE40D6000 until 600 euros is the limit on my money but I do not know what to choose and why;

Some criteria that interest in the purchase of my new 3dtv are:

01. Be able to play WITHOUT ANY EXTERNAL MEDIAPLAYER/BLURAY movies (Mkv, divx, mp4, etc.)
02. Be able to play WITHOUT PROBLEM 3d subtitles(idx/sub or sup) created with the program 3dsubtitiler 2.7.1.0 from simple srt 2d subtitles at some of my tests in ue40d6000 and others 3dtv always simply DON'T PLAY at all the 3d subtitltes UNLESS I connect any external media player like wd tv live to any 3d tv
03. To accept or playback from usb or network ports(Wired at least)
04. Be at least 200khz
05. Be at least 2012 new model, not 2011 and older
06. I do not know if it's better to be led or lcd? What will I tell you (I don't know what is the good and bad of each technology?)
07. To sell by Greek shops and has at least 2 years warranty
08. Automatically creates chapters at any videos i play over a network, either through usb ports
09. Be able to convert 2d -> 3d (Well I'm not in this so absolute)
10. Have PIP
11. To have the best panel of samsung. I think the ultra clear panel is one of the best.Doesn't it?
12. If you have become by 3 hdmi ports and over(The ue40eh6030 I know it has only 2 and this is sad)

At the moment they remember if you can suggest anything accept any proposal with arguments ...
