Hello. I bought this player from pawn shop. The player is crashing /freezing/ after like 30-60 seconds of playing TV, MKV, avi /it always start with sound problems/, sometimes in menu .... I upgraded to latest firmware,.. no luck. Then I found out, that in Samsung contact menu is showing BD-D8500 model instedad of BD-D8200! /I have 200gb HDD and also on back side of player is D8200/. Any chance to reinstall the firmware /change it to 8200/? Previous user could play around with service menu and install some other firmware?
Or any help, how to fix it? Or anzone had similar problem? thx David

D8500 and D8200 use same firmware. Sure if you want you can set the D8200 in service menu.
