Can not access Service Menu in D5003

Hi everybody, I'm a new guy here and have something to ask, please help me.

I bought a Samsung 22'' led tv, Model LE No UN22d5003BF in 06/2012 (Actually, my cousin did and sent it to me, he lives in US, I live in VietNam) The tv usb port can only runs mp3 and jpeg file. I googled and think that my tv can play some videos.
But the first thing to do is access Service Menu, but that's impossible. Power off then Info then Menu then Mute then Power On. But nothing happen. I don't know it has something relate to the firmware ? Mine is 1010, can not access Service Menu, then i downgrade to 1007 (using UN40d5003' firmware, because my tv's firmware on Samsung US is "Download data unavailable") still can not access Service Menu. What should I do now ?
