Wifi D-Link DWA 140 incorrect substitution PID-VID

Hi,

In the wifi adapter d-link DWA 140B1 version, I substituted the PID and VID numbers. My Samsung B651 TV detected the adapter d-link but I couldn't connect it with the TV so I tried to substitute the PID and VID numbers using the command under puppy linux 4.3 iwpriv ra0 e2p 208=04E8 (I used upper case "O4E8" instead of "zero4E8"). Now, I'm not able to change it back to "zero4E8". After applying the command ifconfig ra0 up, it doesn't detect the wifi adapter. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
