ES5600 Problem accessing advanced settings in service menu

Hello

When i access Service menu i press 0 4 times on the advanced and it shows 2 options picture_2D and picture_3D and its not accessable and i want to disable the auto dimming, can you help me please?

i also tried using ruSamsungTVCommunicator sending factory+3speed and it didn't help.

You may try to update firmware to 1029 and it worked for me (I have es6900 tv), see if there is that firmware version on samsung site and if available that should enable Piture2D and Picture3D via 0+0+0+0

there is 1014.3 for my TV and i updated it and sadly it didn't fix the problem
