Need a TV to show a webpage with a webcam-picture

Hey

I work for a school and we have a webcam to watch breeding birds. Until now we used a old computer and a monitor to display the cam image.
But since the computer is defect, i was thinking about using a TV as replacement.

Do you know how i can use a Samsung TV to start up and directly load my webpage?
Is the Hotel mode aible to do so?

Best would be if we could power off over night and power on in the morning and it loads direct the page.

i'm going now with google tv and an tv we have standing arround.

Sony has a nice remote with it for 200$ complete:

Best would be to wait for a TV that has googleTV integrated like this LG:

But i need it now, so i'm going with the settop solution.
