UE46ES8090 Subtitles

Hi guys
I need some since last week my tv wont show subs
It always worked fine but suddenly it doesnt work anymore
At menu system subtiteling are on
I have a usb disk with the same name example: test.avi test.srt
And it wont work i dont know why
Before i streamed movies from my galaxy tab too my tv and subs worked too?I am really confused
The subs are working on my videoplayer of my galaxy tab
Can please help me
Oh yeah my tv is up to date
