Hello,
My name is Roberto and I found SamyGo.tv by a google search.
I was looking for an article or forum post which argued about a method to decrypt the videos recorded on Samsung TV and I found SamyGo.
Before going to ask my first newbie question, I want to ensure that I have first performed a preliminary search within the forum.
The only one thing I've understood for certain is that without a full awareness of some procedure there is a strong risk to transform a TV into a brick!
I have created a bootable Linux CD for access the XFS formatted HD contents, and now my question is:
"Is there a way to decrypt the videos recorded by my Samsung TV with just a software installed on my Win XP PC?"
(with no changes to the firmware).
I've got a UED6500VQ with firmware T-GASDEUC_1024.0
Thank you in advance and sorry for my english.
How to put the recording back onto device after decrypting?

How to put the recording back onto the device?
Ok, reading further more I've found what I was looking for around here:
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2820&start=140
I've done a try with a recording and now I have a .ts file, perfectly visible on my pc.
I have also tried to copy back the .ts file on the source XFS drive and plug it onto TV, but I receive a message like "Unsupported format".
It is normal?
If I wanted to put the decrypted recording back onto the XFS drive, what should I do to be readable via "Smart Hub" --> "My Personal recording" ?
Thank you in advance

It doesn't work.
But I tryied to rename .TS to SRF (such as the original format) and put the file back on the devide.
It work as a charm!
