Hi juuso,
in BluRay wiki under "exeDSP modifications - make custom patched firmware" is reported as succesfull the modification of B-FIRURDEUC 1012.0 firmware which is the firmware for the BD-D6900 model.
Unfortunately some time ago I downgraded succesfully the firmware of my BD-D6900 through the DNS trick procedure, but the downgraded (samygo patched) firmware is very old (1003) and some apps like Youtube downgraded too.
The question is: can I upgrade to the non-patched original 1012 firmware and try the exeDSP modification ?
Many thanks for your reply

hi, this is possible, but all partitions and hash calculations needed to be written manually.

Hi juuso, this sounds quite complicated and impractical for normal people, without a fool proof step by step guide, I suppose.juuso wrote:hi, this is possible, but all partitions and hash calculations needed to be written manually.
My idea was to install the original 1012 firmware via usb (I kept a copy), apply the DNS trick to install the Samygo extension pack in smarthub (not the downgrade procedure with the Samygo patched firmware)
and then follow the exeDSP modification guide.
I am sorry but really I can't understand how the exeDPS modification results successfull for the B-FIRURDEUC 1012.0 since the DNS trick downgraded my BD-D6900 to the 1003 SamyGo patched firmware which has nothing to do
with exeDSP modification
Thaks
