How to downgrade HT-D5550 from 1013 to 1012

I think you need to patch the firmware yourself. Theres no downgrade.

have you guyz managed to to revert back your firmware? i did it back in march 2012 and its very easy. very easy. im happy to help u guyz. i did the mistake updating and realized could not playback my movies. but i reverted back and all perfect now.

if you can explain the process how did you go back to the old firware.ili you to make a tutorial.

im at work at the moment. i got the info saved on my hard drive. i will try to upload the info if the website allows it. im on annual leave from the 3rd onwards. if someone can send me a reminder then i will dig out the info from hard drive. one thing is for sure i have disabled any future updates from the menu as that was one of the tasks to be performed included in the downgrade process. the smart apps continue updating with no problems.
