UN46D6000 120hz HDMI input VIP 3D Theater

Hello,

I'm an owner of this model and hacked it using SamyGo. My question is not necessarily related to SamyGo but maybe there is a way to modify the firmware to allow 120hz.

I also own a 3D VIP-Theater unit that does the job of processing the image and producing 3D along with syncing the shutter glasses. It works fine at 60hz but flicker effect is a bit annoying. The VIP also support 120hz, which gives a flicker free picture, but the TV reports as "Mode not supported". It seems panels support 120hz. TV doesn't have to do anything (I guess), it just have to accept the signal basically.

I tired it on a 3D Panasonic TV and it accepts the 120hz input signal.

Does anyone know a way to make the D6000 TV accept the 120hz input signal? (playing with EDID?)
