Impossible to update my firmware LE32B550A5W

I have a problem with my Samsung TV, because there is no way to update the firmware.

I urgently need to upgrade my TV SAMSUNG LE32B550A5W because when you connect a PC to the HDMI input of TV HDMI 3 DVI, I observe there is an incompatibility problem with the PC and a slight noise ... intermittent type, doing toc toc toc that don't stop and it disturb a lot.

At home , I have another SAMSUNG TV but is also exactly the same model , also a LE32B550A5W. I notice that when I connect my PC to the TV by HDMI 3 DVI, on this TV , I don't listen this noise and compatibility with the PC is greater .

I have looked if both TVs have the same firmware , and indeed, THEY HAVE NOT, the TV having the noise problem toc, toc, toc... has an older firmware.
I suspect this is a compatibility problem and not a HDMI defect, because this sound happen only with certain graphic cards (normally high-end) and not the oldest ones.

I WANT TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE .
I want to do it , following the instructions provided by SAMSUNG to the users, there is a 117 pages PDF manual in all languages.

I do not want to go to a SAMSUNG technical service because I live in a village and the closest service is at 60 miles.

The provided instructions by SAMSUNG tells me to download the firmware file (which is an executable , EXE ) , copy it from my hard drive to the USB flash drive, and in the USB flash drive, run the file firmware EXE file, to unpack it and I create a folder with the firmware files.

So I did, and in the USB pendrive, I have the following:

A file :
T - CRLPEUWC.exe

And a folder:
T - CRLPEUWC

Within the T- CRLPEUWC folder, I have these files :
Merge.bin
version.txt

Despite being off the TV , inserting the pendrive into the USB port of the TV, and turning on the TV, the TV does not recognize that inside the pendrive there are firmware files, and the TV says it finds nothing.

If I turn off the TV , I turn it on , I press MENU and there I go to SUPPORT... SOFTWARE UPGRADE... BY USB ... it begins to explore the USB (Scanning for USB...) and tells me that he has found nothing after a few seconds.

I've tried 3 different USB flash drives .
Two USB flash drives in FAT32 format
Another flash drive in FAT format

The flash drives have always been pre-formatted , and are clean , they have no other folders from other programs or other things ...

Despite doing this, the TV did not find the firmware file.

To check out if the TV does not read the pendrive due any reason, for example USB TV port defect or defective pendrive ... I formatted the pendrives again to their original format FAT32 or FAT, and I copied images ( pictures) inside them, to try to reproduce the pictures in the TV. In that case there is no problem and the photos are played perfectly.
Therefore, the TV reads and recognizes the USB pendrives and also accept their formats, FAT32 or FAT, but when it comes to reading the firmware, the firmware file is not detected inside the USB, and I do not understand why.

How may I force the TV to recognize the pendrive with the firmware files inside, and update the firmware of the TV ?

I THINK I KNOW WHY IS THIS HAPPENING...

However... I tried other firmware version, and the TV recognize it perfectly.
For example, if I try to install the T-CHL5DEUC-2009.0 firmware, then yes, the TV recognize it from the USB and ask me if I want to update from the firmware version 001003 to the firmware version 002009...

I have seen the EXE file of the T-CRLPEUWC-2005.0 version is only 4MB and the 2009 version is 28 MB !!!
Perhaps SAMSUNG is providing a defective EXE file for the 2005 version, with no firmware files inside !

So the question no is... may I upgrade the firmware directly to the 2009 skipping the 2005 version?

your tv is based on different hardware. check firmware name, not versib number. Firmwares are not cross compatible.
